Develop green space on Seattle's waterfront

The viaduct is coming down in 2015. We need to take advantage of the opportunity to create parks and walkable space along Puget Sound to promote urban density and create a beautiful and vibrant downtown.

    This is one of the best ideas I have seen on this forum. There are few if any other ideas that could help make Seattle a truly "Great City."
