Ideas for Seattle

The city of Seattle currently only allows 200 taxis to operate in its borders (last time I checked the city code). For people who want to go carless, cab travel is a very valuable alternative to owning a car with a number of advantages: door to door transport, doesn't require parking, works for people who can't drive, flexible schedules.and you should be able to just hail one- except you can't because we don't have enough.
