Listen to neighborhood councils

Most neighborhoods have at least one group that meets regularly to discuss safety, transportation, parking, etc.

There should be at least a couple of people at the City who are responsible for reading the minutes of these meetings and following up with Council concerns. A designated point of co... more

    I am the President Of Jackson Park Community Action Team and the we need people in the neighborhood too start listening too our children and what they need and for the residents so we can make things better money is short i know but summer activities with little help from the community could help the youth and residents make this safe and fun neighborhood this summmer. thanks, ed

  2. And also hire a couple more people who are responsible for listening to, and following up on each and every idea from the neighborhood Chambers of Commerce.

    A great idea – could the city listen to each and every neighborhood council or organization to support neighborhoods' unique voices, identities, shared goals - and to help solve problems as described by the people in these neighborhoods?
